OdbavTo

OdbavTo is a web application for ticket check-in and badge printing at events: conferences, networking events, workshops. Staff at the entrance scan the ticket's QR code, the app validates it and immediately prints a name badge on a label printer.

Features

  • Multiple events and users: each user manages their own events, data is separated per event.
  • Smart CSV/XLSX import: column mapping, import without QR codes, merging GoOut exports.
  • QR code check-in: camera on a phone, tablet or laptop, quick search by name.
  • Badge printing: any number of printers per event, TSC (TSPL) and Brother QL; printing over USB from the browser, via a local agent or over the network.
  • Label editor: custom badge layout (ticket fields, text, QR code, logo) with a print-exact preview.
  • Ticket types: color-coded (attendee, VIP, Press…).
  • Check-in queues for hostesses: access via a secret link and a PIN, no account needed.
  • Kiosk: a self-service station where attendees scan their own ticket.
  • Bulk and special printing: print all badges in advance, Press / Host / VIP / Staff labels.
  • Eventee integration: automatic invitation to the Eventee app.
  • Czech and English throughout the interface.
